Organizing schedules, managing bookings, and staying on top of changes required a system that was both powerful and easy to use.

The Idea

AceTuition had a clear vision — a solution built just for them. They wanted a platform that perfectly matched their unique operations, built with Bubble and integrated with Xano for backend logic and Xero for accounting automation.

To simplify financial operations — sync invoices, payments, and refunds with Xero to run smoothly.
Intuitive UX — a calendar management system that was robust yet simple, and an efficient bulk session creation to save time and stay organized.
The use of advanced tools — AI integration using ChatGPT, and automation tools like make.com and Bubble to cut manual effort and reduce errors.

The solution

How we built it

Creating AceTuition’s system required precision, collaboration, and adaptability. We used Scrum (Agile) methodology to break the project into manageable phases and ensure that every detail aligned with their needs.

We used Bubble.io for development, Xero for financial integration, and Twilio and SendGrid for seamless communication.
