The Challenge
Cobeau set out to create a peer-to-peer marketplace where pet owners and caregivers could safely exchange services within their local communities, centered on trust rather than transactions.

The real test
Solving these challenges meant creating a trust-first ecosystem where verification, reliability, and structured interactions were core to the product. Additional complexity came from no-code limitations, third-party dependencies, and evolving product requirements — each requiring continuous prioritization and adaptation.
The Idea
The vision was a community-powered platform where users exchange pet care services safely and efficiently, supported by strong trust mechanisms and intuitive user flows. Built on Bubble.io and FlutterFlow, delivered through our custom app development and AI-powered practices.

Build dual-role accounts so any user can act as both Pet Parent and Caregiver, with verification layered onto each role.
