Our project goal was to fix app malfunction in an existing project and make the web app functional for matching employers with the ideal foreign candidates for their vacancies.

SOFTWARE ARCHITECTURE

An intuitive job seeker interface for CV uploads, customizable search filters, and criteria-based candidate selection for employers to find and notify qualified candidates for interviews or save them to a 'favourites list' for future opportunities.

PROJECT SUMMARY

Amidst the pressure to fix app glitches and malfunctions before Borderless Job’s public exhibition, Nerdheadz took over the web app project, starting with system analysis to identify core issues.

We proceeded to troubleshoot, fix bugs, optimize app performance, enhance user experience, and implement new features and initiated integrations as required.

Through this approach, we successfully completed the project's core features within the pressing deadline and helped Borderless Jobs deploy a top-tier solution in the industry.
